IBC a well known chain is creating a buzz in two different localities in Jaipur. We have been to IBC which is located in WTP food court and We loved it so we were really excited to visit it's restaurant which is situated in Vaishali Nagar...To our coincidence we have UNDERRATED Vaishali Nagar when it comes to our Foodie Love..But Lé Spring by IBC have HIKED our expectations about Vaishali Nagar and its Eateries...
Stepping in this place you will have to climb the stairs from which you won't expect much but what comes to your surprise is as you Pull the Door this place has a very Comfy,Cozy n a Relaxing feel to it.

The interiors are Modern from the Ceiling ,Beautiful Hangings Plants and what added to the place was Soothing Music and Perfect Lighting. It's a fine dine in restaurant.. (U would like to Dress Up n all Dolled Up n dig in some Amazing Desi food)..!!

The Major Gurly Rule...before visiting any place we research about it and Dress Up accordingly...All Fancy and Sassy we entered this place...After choosing our favourite spot, we sat down and We were hungry AF..
Without wasting any time we got down ordering more than we can eat...
We ordered Strawberry Martini (Non Alcoholic) sigh..!!😕..This was more of a sorbet, you need to........Wait for it.. (Barney Wink)😉..There is something Magical about it (BRAIN FREEZE) as per (Geetika)..It cleans your palate and gets you ready for couses coming..For a non alcoholic drink it was ok as per (kirti) but apparently was YUMMY..!!
We got down to starters, we always order according to our Foodie Instincts and also what is recommended to us by the chefs..
We chose Dahi Ke Kebabs as a vegetarian choice...It was one of the best Dahi Ke Kebabs we have had..The presentation was pleasing and the taste was BANG ON..!! The crust was crisp n properly charred which breaks through the creaminess of yogurt..A Must Have..!!
Nextup was Chicken Tikka Dynamite...Surely Chota Bumm Bada Dhamakaa. .A treat for spice lovers..The chicken was tender..well prepared and wrapped up in spices..🙆
Murgh Seekh another non vegetarian starter as we can't resist Chicken (Laate Jao..Laate Jao)..It was very neutral to the Palate...which makes it best for the Kids..very ordinary in taste, NOTHING EXCLUSIVE...
Getting on the Main Course we ordered Murgh Tikka Lababdar...The gravy was heavy because of the diced Bell Peppers and Onions and massive use of Cream...dominance of bell peppers..Chicken was pleasantly prepared and was tasting amazing with Roti...
Last but not the Least (Already Dead By Eating Soo Much) But We ain't No Quitter...!! We ordered Dum Murgh Biryani..Indian Cuisine is incomplete without the revolutionary Dum Biryani...What really did made this biryani very special was the Even Flavours,All the spices and Chicken which is due to the technique of Dum..
From the presentation to the tasting of it..We kept on asking for more..It was indeed a delight...What makes a dish remarkable is when you can taste other spices other than Salt n Pepper..Rice was cooked perfectly Al Dente...

Perfect place for POCKET FRIENDLY Fine Dine in..If u ever end up in Vaishali Nagar, it's a good option if u r Craving for Indian food..
